Eastern Carolina Pathology operates one of the top histology laboratories in North Carolina supporting several hospitals and surgery centers in the East Carolinas, as well as a broad swath of physician offices. Due to this diversity, our pathologists and laboratory technical operation have experience with routine biopsies as well as highly complex cases on virtually every organ and specimen type. Our laboratory employs highly trained histotechnologists and is equipped with the latest laboratory technology platforms.
