Eastern Carolina Pathology is a Medicare and Medicaid provider and is a fully contracted provider with virtually all commercial payors/plans in the state of North Carolina as well as several other governmental or state agencies.
We perform our billing through a specialist billing agent, Pathology Service Associates, LLC based in Charleston, South Carolina. As the largest pathology-only specialist billing agent in the nation, PSA provides exceptional service and handles any patient billing matters with professionalism and sensitivity.
