Eastern Carolina Pathology is a founding member of American Pathology Partners, Inc., an emerging nationwide network of leading regional pathology laboratories providing superior diagnostic testing services to their local and regional medical communities in partnership with pathologists and hospitals.

The foundational mission of American Pathology Partners is better healthcare. Better healthcare achieved by supporting the community practice of pathology with a sharp focus on the needs of community and regional phycisians and health systems. American Pathology Partners is seeking to continually expand its network with additional laboratories that provide exceptional pathology services and share this central mission.

UniPath is the largest anatomic pathology laboratory in the Rocky Mountain Region. For decades, UniPath and 20+ pathologists have been serving physicians, hospitals and surgery centers with subspecialized pathology services spanning virtually every area, including women's health, surgical pathology, dermatology, hematology, GI, urology, and molecular diagnostics. Located in the greater Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area, ECP has been serving the local healthcare communities in the Carolinas for over 20 years. ECP's four board-certified and subspecialized pathologists focus primarily on women's health, cytology, surgical pathology, and GI and GU pathology. Joined 3/13/2009.
